Responsibilities
At Vinso, we are looking for a Testing and Validation Customer Service Engineer. As Testing and Validation Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for obtaining and attracting customers and provide testing consultation services.
- Leading the component approval process for clients with the involved suppliers
- Establishing the needed project management structures and tools to track the timelines and costs
- Organization and lead of the regular exchanges with internal departments of clients
- Tracking the open issues between partner and clients
- Coordinate the validation planning internal/external
- Coordination of the needed components/parts from the production of clients/their suppliers
- Leading the invoicing process, Understanding of DVP (experience of working with DVPs)
- Capable to fluently speak English
- Leader of Department responsibilities: Training, developing the T&V department
- Other tasks assigned by the Director/Managing director
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Engineer Degree in a technical discipline (E/E, Mechanical, Material)
- Having work experience in related industry is a plus
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in product development
- Excellent communication skills, to relay complex scientific and technical information in a clear, concise, and understandable manner, verbally and in technical writing
- Advanced analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
